I researched many florists in Pittsburgh before I chose to work with Allison McGeary. I can confidently say I made the right decision. She’s a creative genius and has the patience of a saint. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve changed ideas for my wedding and how each time she graciously took my suggestions with kindness. She just did the florals for my shower two weeks ago, and I’m still getting compliments. I can’t wait to see what she creates for my wedding this December!
Allison McGeary did the table arrangements for our wedding dinner at Eleven Contemporary Kitchen, where she's the house florist. I had only a general sense of what I wanted, but Allison was able to develop my request into a really beautiful and unique display. In meeting with her, I got the feeling that she would have been happy to accommodate very specific requests, but she also had no problem fleshing out my vague ideas. She was friendly and fun to work with, and I highly recommend her.
First, let me start by saying that Alison is absolutely one of the most amazing people you will ever meet. Not only is she a great florist, she is an even better person. The energy and the passion she has is unmatched, which made working with her so easy. Although Alison took time to meet with my fiancé and I to find out what our vision was, she also shared her ideas and suggested details that would enhance our reception area more than we could have ever imagined. She brought our vision to life. The time and effort that she puts in to what she does makes you feel so special. When she is working with you, she is completely devoted to ensuring your satisfaction; you would never be able to tell that you were not her only client. Alison is a truly amazing florist who I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a florist for their wedding.
