Mom received her floral arrangement today for her birthday. We ordered with specific directions and they listened and took notes so it would be perfect. It will not only last for her birthday it will last throughout the Xmas season. Bernies is a family business and I highly recommend to order from them. They sent a gorgeous arrangement that met higher than the expectations. I want to thank them for making mom’s birthday and holiday special!

Ordered Mother’s Day flowers to boost Mom’s spirit during quarantine. Arrangement was delivered promptly and flowers look exactly as advertised on their website. Will definitely use this flower shop again. Anyone that makes Mom smile is A+ in my book. Thanks Bernie’s!!
My second and most annoying experience occurred when I was sent plant due to a death in the family. I wasn’t home the first attempt at delivery so they said they would bring them the next day, never got them. Went to the store the day after that to pick them up, they said it was delivered. Clearly it wasn’t delivered because that’s why I was there, he was absolutely no help. I called that night and talked to the person that delivered it, it was delivered to the wrong address. This guy was kind, apologetic and told me I would get the plant by Saturday (4 days after the 1st delivery attempt). The next Tuesday I called because I never got them, again NO HELP. I was told they would call me back with the sender’s name so I could at least thank whoever tried to send me these, no call back. It is now Saturday (11 days after the 1st delivery attempt) and finally got my sympathy plant.
I was very disappointed I ordered tulips it said 20 tulips the picture had red, yellow and pink.my mom got a small vase with 9 tulips white and pale pink nothing like the picture. When my daughter called them the man that answerd was rude you should be told if they don't have the vase or colors you can't just blame everything on what's going on in the world.
