Country Hearth Flower & Gift

I called trying to find a local florist (I'm not from the area); however, they were not local to the delivery address. They had to take another call for which they were waiting and asked if they could phone me back. They were going to see if they could find a local florist for me. They actually did, in fact, phone me back with a few suggestions of local florists for me. To me, this was beyond excellent customer service. I hope, at some point, I will have an opportunity to purchase from them

My husband has given my several bouquets from here, but I have not liked any of them. He says he tells you not to use daisies or lilies as fillers because I hate both of them. Yet every time, they are still in there. If you cannot follow the instructions the customer gives you, why should anyone shop there? I do not recommend this shop.

I had purchased a flower arrangement through FTD for my mom for Valentine's Day, and it just came via Country Hearth Flower and Gift. I must say it came out beautifully. Professional all the way and more than I could ever hoped for. Great Job!
