The erie animal hoslital team took such great care of my dog and myself through this whole process.nnI love that I can go in with my dog and they put me at ease too. They explained everything so well to me and what they quoted me was the price I paid which was very nice. I had previously gotten a consult somewhere else and their final price was 1k-2k over what they had quoted me.nnTheir whole team is amazing and I am so happy to have them as my vets :)))) Thank you so much for taking such great care of my dog!!!! They are absolutely amazing :))))
Great with my cats! One of the safest places we have been through during the pandemic. They care.
They have some of the worst costomer service. They seemed to us that they wanted to get as much money as they can out of us by trying to book multiple appointments for no reason. I would never reccemonded unless you want to waist your time and money.
I recently moved to the area so figured I would try my local vet out. My experience with the entire staff was horrible. They’re all very pushy on their products they carry in stock which are over priced in comparison to the competitors. I had to call 4 times to get heart-worm prescription after visit and when I went in to get the prescription the lady at the desk shoved the paper at me. Customer service needs to be addressed by management as this isn’t acceptable.
Love this vet! The staff is amazing! They love our pups just as much as we do! Our dogs have a special love for Marcy, Marcy takes such good care of our babies! Can't say enough good things about them!
