With cats and dogs, we're there often for check-ups and to pick up medication. There is a young receptionist who always seems to somehow remember everyone's names and pets. She and the vet were very kind when a family dog had to be euthanized. The vets are understanding of our pets' quirks. We had tried other veterinary hospitals after our last vets ended their practice and feel lucky to have have found Pets & Pals. We've been with them for years now.
Never will we go anywhere else. There are two vets at this clinic that give the most delightful care. Janet and Michelle have been right on board with the care of this rescue older dog. He knew nothing good in life until they took over being his vets and due to their dedication he runs and plays a lot more than dogs half his age. They are a blessing to us! Because of pandemic he had to go it alone into clinic with tech and he trotted right along knowing no fear. Came back to us as usual better off for his visit. Many thanks go out to these hard working vets in this trying time of all our lives!
The vets have taken care of my Stella since I moved here and they will continue to be my preferred vet. Your fur babies are in safe hands here ♡♡
Great and friendly place been coming here for 28 years. Now closed on Saturdays and Sundays due to Covid. Now has a Prescription pick up window on west side of building and the rececption area closed for waiting. They picked up our dog from our car and returned him to us while we waited in our car. Whole process very quick and efficient.
