I ordered online through a very clear and organized interface. They delivered a beautiful flower arrangement on time, with all details correct! I will definitely use Nina's Florist & Gifts again

Sadie did a great job helping me place an order of peonies for my wife. She had requested some to have in our hospital room for when she gives birth. She was very accommodating with the delivery and even added in a cute bear and balloon, what a nice gesture. Plus the bouquet is gorgeous, all the nurses were raving about how pretty the flowers were. Will definitely get flowers from them again.

My sister sent flowers through Nina's for our mother's 80th birthday and they are gorgeous! A week later and still looking fabulous. Unique and elegant arrangement.

Ordered flowers for my uncle's funeral. Very disappointed in how it turned out. We paid for the premium package, which from my understanding was suppose to include more roses. There were NO roses included whatsoever. I called and spoke to Sady about the cross and she said the arrangement was missing 6 roses. She tried to make it right by sending another flower arrangement but that was disappointing also. My understanding was that it would be a 65 to 75 flower arrangement but nope turned out it was less than that if you took out the delivery fee, which was not explained ahead of time.nnOverall, I would highly suggest you order from else where unless you are feeling generous and want go give them your hard earned money for subpar looking arrangements. We were totally ripped off - paid a premium package for 6 freaking roses. Are you kidding me?!?? If I could photos in this post, I would!nn1 star for getting the arrangement out and another one for attempting to make things right.

I called them a month before Valentines day to request a specific Rose variant, a naturally bluish rose (Applause) , and check if they could order it in. She claimed they could and I pre-ordered the flowers. When I showed up to pick up the flowers, they were obviously dyed. They looked nothing like the picture I sent, the sepals were dark blue, and the leaves were all tinged blue. As a florist she should be able to tell these were not at all what I had requested and were a dye job, but just claimed she told her wholesaler what I wanted and this is what they gave her so this is it. She then refused to give the wholesalers name, as I wanted to report them to the distributor for falsely claiming they were selling the Applause flower.
