I used Rainbow Floral today for the second time. Located in another part of the state can create an obstacle when ordering without seeing the product. Love this family owned floral company. Asked them to do a bouquet of roses and deliver it to my wife, I could not have asked for a better customer service and the most beautiful bouquet of red roses!! Thank you!
So I order Mother’s Day flowers for my grandmother, and the only thing I wanted was purple flowers with some white roses in there. I told the man on the phone he could Jazz it up anyway he wanted as long as it was purple flowers with white roses (because that is my grandma’s favorite color) on the phone I heard him ask the ladies if that was possible and they said yes. However when my gma sent me a picture of them they were pink/ orange/ yellow flowers, Not one purple or even white flowers anywhere. I’m beyond annoyed because I paid 85$ for this. Maybe your thinking why didn’t you pick them and look at them before you paid. Well I’m in the military not in the same state as her. So what I paid for was not what got delivered. So if your looking for a place to deliver what you don’t want definitely choose this place.
