I took my dog there for years . He had an emergency on a Saturday and they would not take him they wanted us to wait until Monday when it was convenient for them. When your pet is having an emergency waiting 3 days just doesn't work.nAlso , they consistently have new staff so something is going on when they can't keep the same personnel.

This review is based on one experience. I was able to make an appointment in just a few days. I felt that everyone listened to me, from the front desk, to the vet tech, to the vet. Everything was done according to COVID-19 protocols, doing a verbal intake in the parking lot using masks, talking to the vet on the phone. It still felt personable and professional. The vet talked things through with me, giving me options.

This is the best veterinary clinic in Boulder! I have gone to several different offices in the Boulder area over the years and this is by far the best one. I recently took my cat in to get a cleaning and also some extractions. They explained everything very thoroughly and were very kind. Despite being very busy, both the vet techs and the doctors constantly told me that they adored my cat, which made me feel like they really cared about him and I was really happy to know that he was being treated gently.nnThis office has extremely reasonable pricing. My cat ended up needing to have almost double the work done to his mouth during his latest extraction surgery, and I still paid less than what was initially quoted me. This office is very fair and they really are in it to help your pets live happy and healthy lives. If you are a new pet owner, or a long time pet owner like me, I highly suggest you give this place a try. My cat Benny has found his new permanent doctor :)

We had such a great experience here! Everyone we talked to was so friendly to us and our pup. Their COVID protocol made us feel really safe. We know our dog is in good hands here and we'll definitely be back.
