It was my first time in this clinic today. it is a very old place and staff seems to be not very warm. vet doctors seems to do not know how to greeting and welcoming new patient. he enter the room and did not say hi or nither introduced himself.talking sooooo fast and by the end for the yearly exam and beak and nail trim he charged me double as much as I paid for the same exam for my bird in another clinic for three years. I was shocked. Unfortunatly the other clinic that i was happy with it gave me very late appointment and I was worry for my bird beak discomfort. This was the first and last time being in this clinic.nI was not happy with the charge and I suggested you to not go there or at least before do anything for your pets check and compare the charges with other places as well. I give them not even full star but I did not had any other choices.
