When I called to inquire about weekend cremations, they were kind and available 24/7.As my dog was near death at home, I wanted to find a clinic open on the weekend [my regular Vet was closed] that I could take her to, especially if I found that she could not peacefully die at home. My sweet girl passed at my side around 6pm Saturday and, after mourning, I was relieved to easily take her body there for cremation around 10pm. These folks were knowledgeable, helpful and sympathetic - offering cremation, separate ashes and a plaster footprint memento.

First time experience today, and couldn’t have been happier with the staff. I was given a very thorough explanation for my upcoming plan of action for a concerning matter with my beloved dog. Even though the visit was done through a phone call (Thank You for this BTW), the bedside manner that you want from a vet was there.

I arrived with my tiny dog...eye injury”horrible”nMy dog was attended right away and went into surgery!they were fast!nThey also explained the cost beforehand, but I didn’t care ,spend whatever you want to save my girl!when I went to pick up my dog...they said that I had $600 dollars to give me back...seriously my girl safe and some money back.WownnSuper nice staff!i was having a panic attack too!nnAnyway The dog was very well treated!i would like them to be my current and forever primary vet!nI hope to never need the emergency pet again, but if I need I will know exactly where to go!nTHANK YOU!

We were in Colorado visiting from Minnesota in the summer. This was our dog's first long road trip, and of course, first time being exposed to different elevations. He was slightly lethargic a few days into our trip and I was so worried. We brought him to Alpenglow and I felt like he received quality care. It turns out he was slightly dehydrated, and it was mostly caused by his anxiety from so much driving. He has prescribed anti-nausea meds from his regular vet, but this road trip was a bit overwhelming for him as he typically associates car rides with vomiting, and he had never been on a 14 hour road trip. He received sq fluids and was prescribed anxiety meds to help him be more comfortable the rest of our visit. We were in Colorado for 7 more days and he was able to enjoy his time after his visit at Alpenglow!

Everyone I came in contact with was excellent. Professional and caring. Dr Eshelmam provided me with a very thorough explaination and appropriate next steps for my dog. I highly recommend the services o this clinic.
