I can't say enough wonderful things about Alpine! They were beyond helpful and empathetic with our dog's senior and then end of life care. The staff (vets, techs, and admins) all care so much about your pet and know them by name when they see them. After our dog's passing, they sent a very heartfelt sympathy note and made a donation in his honor! We have a new puppy and plan to have Alpine be our go-to for the wonderful care and fast response they provide!

Dr Reuter is amazing! She is extremely caring and knowledgeable.nnHer concern for our new puppy is the same as our older dog. She makes you feel very calm and has a ton of knowledge. I love going to this clinic.nnThe staff is also super friendly, caring and always happy to see the dogs.nnVery professional and hard working.nI would give them 10 stars if we could.

Had my dog's teeth cleaned here. He was disoriented as expected the night he got home, but the next morning he was almost back to normal and didn't seem to have much pain, so I was super grateful for that! He ended up having some teeth pulled as well, so it took longer than expected and it was hard to have him there so long because he isn't a crate kind of dog, but I don't know that he could've had a better or shorter experience anywhere else. Happy it was done well and he's in great health!

Alpine Hospital has supported us through medical needs with a couple of our dogs. Every employee I have encountered there is caring and professional. They are clear about services and costs up front and keep you updated about your pet through any procedures and stays. They are kind and compassionate and understand how important our pets are to us. I feel very safe taking our dog to Alpine Hospital for Animals. They have also taken extra precautions during COVID and have helped me feel very safe and still be able to access all services and supplements needed.

The telephone staff and vet were wonderful until pickup time came. I waited for an hour in the hot sun after paying for the services over the phone. Once I paid I was forgotten. I had to knock on the window because they forgot about me. Meds were dropped into my hand without any telling me when to start them after the procedure. I had to call back when I got home to ask what meds to start when. I am sure the COVID debacle has everyone in a twist. Everyone else around me in the parking lot was happy with their drop off and pick up receiving extended information and discussion about after care. My dog healed nicely and I am grateful that the vet knew what she was doing. She called to let me know he was doing great after the procedure was complete which gave me peace of mind. The most important thing is that the care for my dog was great. The medical staff is excellent.
