I bought an arrangement for a patient of mine who just lost her companion dog. I had it delivered to her place and they just left it in the hall on the floor!! Because they couldn't find the apartment, which I gave specific instructions, isn't or shouldn't be hard to find. I nor my patient are happy whats so ever! I want my arrangement i payed for and to be refunded. Totally not ok
I ordered an arrangement with balloons and extra chocolates for my husband for his birthday. I ordered 48 hours in advance. I called our local store the morning of the delivery to ask about the expected time of delivery because he was going to only be at the office within a certain smaller time frame (not 9-5). The request was noted and they delivered within that time frame. I was and am very appreciative of that customer service.
The selection I made online and the one that was delivered to the recipient were two different things. Although the one that was sent still looked delicious it was not the one I had picked.
Fast easy ordering along with on-time delivery of fresh chocolate dipped fruit and other snack items makes Edible Arrangements my go-to!
I live in Georgia and ordered on line for my son who lives in Longmont. The order was delivered the day I requested. I will order again, thanks Edible Arrangements!
