I bring my two dogs into Alpine and see Dr. Jen and Dr. Katie. They are both excellent vets; knowledgable, experienced, communicative, and trustworthy. I am always able to get my dogs in if it is an emergency, and when I need refills or anything else, I hear back right away. The front desk staff is attentive and pleasurable. I feel very confident to put the care and health of my dogs in their hands.
This place was insanely rude I was trying to ask of they can spade my rats for me so they don’t have there period and she was insanely rude about it. She was laughing at me when I mixed up Neutered and spayed. I will definitely not be calling them ever again.

Alpine was the most sympathetic, empathetic, professional, and the most amazing office I have been to! To start off with, my family inherited my grandmother's cat after she had passed.That particular day, my cat was not well.. I made several calls to 5 different vet offices to get my cat in for an emergency....it was stressful because everyone I contacted was either rude or too booked to schedule us. Right when I was about to give up, I contacted this office.....the receptionist did not hesitate to put us on the schedule as a new patient that same day as an emergency. My worst thought came true and my cat had a large mass in her mouth causing her to be so sick and causing her to stop eating. The doctor and the staff were so sympathetic and amazing during our visit as they helped us get through our decision and help us through my cats journey over the rainbow Bridge. I have never had such amazing service from any office with my prior animals. When we are ready to add a new addition to our family again, will definitely be taking our pet there!
Since moving to Pocatello, we have had to make several Vet trips for Freddie, our lab, and, our 2 cats, Maxx and Milo. Not only were we treated with kindness, but we were scheduled quickly. All of the staff have been knowledgeable and very confident in specific issues, especially with our kitties. It's difficult moving halfway across the country, but to know our pets are given the best care makes this an even better experience. The assistant/tech even remembered me. Dr. Long was very gentle and kind with Maxx who was having a bacterial skin issue. Dr. Haymorebwas EXCELLENT with Freddie in diagnosing his yeast infection. I could not be more satisfied with how amazing this Vet's office has been. Thank you so much for all of your hard work ud83dudc9c
