I had a great experience here. My dog needed five tooth extractions and she is a senior dog. My regular vet couldn't do it for a long time out. I found this place on the AAHA list and they were fantastic!!! I will change vets but I'm now moving to the east coast. They work as a team, very efficient, and Dr. Is amazing. I was scared and they took such good care of her and she is healing well! Highly recommend.

Recently had a somewhat urgent experience with my dog Tom and a bout of some nasty bacteria. Bear Valley was super responsive, helpful, and thorough with little notice. Very smooth process and definitely a model of delivering care even with COVID precautions, was nice to be able to be part of the exam via Zoom. The doctor explained things very well and Tom is on the road to more rumpus time in the yard again soon! Would highly recommend to anyone needing urgent services or a new veterinarian.

Honestly had good experiences up until today, and for whatever reason when calling to remind me of an appointment I had made before this craziness began, they neglected to inform me that I was not allowed into the building, they have notes of my dogs behavior and I would've thought they would inform me of what the process was. My issue is because of this I didn't feel comfortable leaving my pet without being there, amd because of that I wasted time and did not end up having the appointment. Normal people work and have to take time off to make it to these appointments, where this could have been solved by relaying some simple information and i could have simply rescheduled at a later time or canceled all together.nnEdit to response: your employee chris mentioned only to pull around to the drive up window and that was it. No other information other than that was relayed, im sure you want to back your employee as any good business owner should but the fact is that no other information was given.

It is all Covid prepped. They come.to you to take.your animal into the clinic. They tell you about the visit and cost before they proceed. When you visit them, your Doctor there will zoom the meeting for you. They are very prompt and professional. My cat had a.good visit.
