These vets and staff are GREAT! I appreciate the fact that the vets love my pets, and they care about how my pet's health is affecting my family. They recognize that my pets are beloved family members and companions. They are compassionate, caring, and loving to all, the people and the beloved companions. I’ve been taking two dogs and a cat to VCA on Sheridan Boulevard for over 3 years. Dr. Kelsey Stocks has given us great service and recommendations for our pet companions. However, the individuals answering the phones love to say ‘no’. This morning I called to have the vet recommend further service for my dog. The individual answering the phone told me that Dr. Stocks is out until Thursday so they won’t be able to provide recommendation until then. I requested another doctor on staff review my dog’s file for further recommendation and was told she had no timeline whatsoever for the reply from the other doctor. That is unacceptable for customer service especially during times when I cannot enter their building to discuss service face-to-face. I’ve repeatedly dealt with rude individuals over 3 years, but I am finally leaving the care of Dr. Stocks regrettably. Please, please, please work to provide compassionate customer service in the future so we can receive care from the skilled doctors at this practice.
Alright I guess, don't like the idea that we can't go inside with our pet.
They might love pets more than me. Honestly best place we've ever taken our pets.
UNFORTUNATELY I HAD TO TAKE MY LOVED ONE TO BE PUT TO SLEEPnEVERYONE WAS SO KIND CARING AND HELPED ME THRU THE PROCESSnI HAD MY KITTY CREMATED AND WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP HIS ASHES I WAS VERY SURPRISED BY HOW PERFECT EVERYTHING WAS IT WAS BEAUTIFUL AND PERFECTnTHANK YOU EVERYONEnPLUS I GOT THE MOST BEAUTIFUL CARD FROM THE STAFF
