I have tried and tried with this place because My family friend can’t say enough great things about this..... but I have yet to see the great. I had Dr services my first time, and she made me feel like an absolute criminal and was incredibly condescending towards me and was so rude; she made little eye contact and barely looked my direction. I went back for a second time and saw Donna Harris ( 5 stars for her ), who is terrific, and I know from another clinic would see her only and deal With her, if I could, and it was a better experience, but here we are again. I have called twice now for an estimate, and no one Has called back.nnFor the price they charge, I expected better service.
I recently moved to the area and had to find my dog, Buckley, a new Vet.nnHarmony came highly recommended from some colleagues, and it did not disappoint! While it’s a bit odd in the time of COVID-19, the Harmony staff are all friendly, helpful, gentle with animals, and humor as many questions as you can hurl.nnMy dog is twelve, so I can get a little paranoid about his health these days, but the Harmony folks understood and helped me take quick action to ensure he was given a clean bill of health. I highly recommend this vet!
Harmony (Dr Servis and Brown in particular) really helped me with a few of my pets. They were my favorite vet...until they moved. Now it seems like an entirely different place. I can't get prescriptions filled, they are judgmental with decisions I have to make, one of the receptionists actually laughed at us. I am just not comfortable going there anymore because I feel defeated at every visit and with every call. Sorry, but I am moving to a different vet.
Excellent veterinary services. Knowledgable staff. Holistic approaches available and innovative approaches to pet care. My pup has improved skin. And they just did surgery and took excellent care of him.
Best vet clinic in Colorado. Super knowledgeable staff and compassionate care. They will walk you through every step of the way. I’m extremely excited for their new office - larger capacity, physiotherapy tanks and still a great staff! I will only take my pets here.
