I called Animal Urgent Care at 12:30 am and talked to the most wonderful staff member, Casey. I told her my concerns with my 4 month old kitten and she encouraged me to bring him in immediately. The whole time she was incredibly patient and understanding and talked me through all the possibilities and reasons to bring him in. Once there, the staff saw to him right away, called to check if they were good to run some additional tests, and ended up figuring out he had a bladder issue (exactly what Casey suspected when I first called). All staff members I talked to were incredibly professional and compassionate and my baby is home safe now with some medicines to make him feel better. Casey brought him back out to my car, talked me through all the ins and outs of his medicines, and even told me to drive safe. I chose this emergency vet because they had the best reviews and I can honestly say I would bring my cat there again without a doubt.
I took my dog there today because all the vets I called were booked for days and it couldn't wait. The staff there was helpful, empathetic, friendly, and knowledgeable. Even though they were extremely busy, the staff members gave me continual updates on Oscar's progress. Their pricing was very reasonable. I hopefully will not need to use urgent care again, however, I will absolutely use them again if I do.
I was treated exceptionally well herenyesterday when I had to bring my kitten Phantom in for an emergency situation after an accident that involved a door. I called ahead, called when I arrived, talked to multiple techs and the doctor before calling again for discharge information. Every person I spoke with was so kind, compassionate, helpful, and reassuring.nnThis was especially appreciated since back in August I had such a poor experience with a different vet that sadly ended with one of my elderly cats Salem losing his life.nnIt was very scary for me personally to be returning to an unfamiliar vet so soon after this traumatic experience I went through, so cannot thank this team enough for being so professional and lovely to me and my baby!nnEveryone I spoke to also took the time to tell me how sweet Phantom is and how much they adored her, which made me very happy! They were also very understanding about my financial concerns. They were communicative, knowledgeable, professional, and soso nice.nnThis is a great place, with great people. Thank you so much!
We have used Animal Urgent Care several times over the years for our rescue dog. They are compassionate and skilled veterinary professionals. They work hard to serve animals and their owners. They don’t take advantage of pet owners when they’re in crisis. Their pricing is fair and reasonable. We’re so grateful they’re in Arvada and will use their services again, should the need arise.
The Staff and Doctor were very kind, compassionate & professional. It is the first time I ever sat in my car while my furry baby is alone in a strange place. But the Doctor and Vet Technicians communicated with us by phone every step of the way. They were great! Thank you for all your hard work!nBlessings to all the staff and doctors.
