We just want to thank Dr. French, and Dr. Lane, for taking such good care of our little Rosie. They got in her in quickly for an emergency apt, and went above and beyond for her. Dr. Lane even came in on his day off to help with her ultrasound. Dr. French did emergency, exploratory surgery, and now Rosie is doing much better. They fit all this in, on a moments notice. Dr. French even took Rosie to her home to recover, then met me after hours! So, we could take her home for thanksgiving! We appreciate everyone at Golden Paws!!

Dr Sam and his whole team ROCK! They really take the time to know each animal and their parents,They went over everything step by step and prioritized what should be done first and most important. They made sure you know the prices before hand.Very prompt with phone calls about test results and follow up care instructions . I took my cat here for almost a year. I loved that they would come to my house because my cat did not like going to the vet. But they missed that my cat had mouth cancer. He had started drooling and I specifically asked the vet about why he might have been drooling. They said nothing was wrong, but he had a TUMOR in his MOUTH. I had to put him down three months after I was assured he was fine. I hate you from the depths of my heart for this. You are evil and bad at your job.

Money isn’t an issue for us - we only want the best care for our pet. We’ve owned a variety of beloved pets over the years and consider ourselves somewhat savvy in regards to what good quality pet care involves.nnConcerns center around effective communication with Dr. Sam, vague/convoluted treatment planning, lack of communication from staff, unprofessional handling of our concerns, out-dated treatment practices and minimizing our concerns about our pet’s pain. As pet parents we didn’t feel involved in the decision making process and when we asked questions we really never heard straightforward answers. It seemed Dr. Sam was in a rush each time we asked a question. It seemed like pets were in an assembly line at this clinic. Support staff were unprofessional and lacked basic social skills with the exception of one individual. Definitely not what we are accustomed to in regards to clinical care or communication.nnGolden Paws has so many great reviews and that’s why we trusted our pet in their care. We are new to the area and Dr. Sam came highly recommended. Once our pet was in their care everything fell apart quickly in regards to communication and there was nothing we could do about it.nnNow we are faced with having our pet undergo care at a local hospital to address the aftercare issues that developed.
