I can't give 5 stars because they are not able to offer the full experience right now. So I don't know what the facility is like. I would hi e their curbside service 5 stars. They were friendly and informative. The doc was friendly and answered my questions. I would recommend this vet's curbside service.
I've been going through vet after vet for a couple years now, looking for one that treats both myself and my animals well. Reasonably priced, no hidden fees. Amazing, very friendly staff. Even though all the craziness, my past visits here have been the best experiences I've ever had with any veterinarian facility. Thanks again.
The vets and staff go the extra mile to take great care of all pets. They treat them like they were theirs. Excellent care and compassion.
It was hard for me knowing I couldn't go in with my pup for her first visit but the team at Arvada Veterinary Hospital made me feel a lot better about the whole thing. Courtney was great when she came out to get my pup and was very caring and quick acting when she tried to get out of her harness (she's new to the leash/harness life). The vet I spoke with was very nice and went through her notes in great detail and answered all my questions. Very happy with my experience!
Yesterday my daughter had to put her best friend to rest. This is never easy for anyone, but the COLD COLD feeling my daughter got from the staff at Arvada Vet was so unbelievable. I hope and pray no other Person has to go through anything like the experience my daughter had to endure. If at least someone would have made a phone call to my daughter reassuring her that the procedure was complete and her best friend was at Peace. Just some sort of reassurance would have turned the painful experience into the comfort that she deserved.
