I took my dog in as a walk in at around 7:30am. We didn't get seen until about 11:30am. Other than the long wait everything was great. My dog ended up needing surgery to remove his eye and they also neutered him and trimmed his nails. He was released the same day. The veterinarian was very patient and answered all of my questions about the surgery, medications, and how it's going to be moving forward. They are the only vet (that I could find) that would work out a payment plan and its honestly very reasonably priced as it is. They're also helping me get the rest of my fur babies fixed! I am so thankful I found them!

If I could give them no stars I would. My dog broke his leg and I was referred to this place for cost reasons, well after 5 surgeries the vet told me that they were not able to remove the pin THEY placed. They said they did not have the skill or knowledge to do so!. Therefore I had to spend more than twice the amount for an orthopedic surgeon (who was amazing) to correct my pups leg. Now after almost two years my pup still favors his leg more often than not if I dont give him his medication, he requires physical rehabilitation still.

I’m writing this review while I’m sitting in the waiting room Horrible service. My dogs appointment was supposed to be at 11:45am I was here at 10:20am Still waiting to be seen. When I went up to the front desk the office rep knew I was there to ask WHAT’S GOING ON. So she went back to ask the tech what was the status on getting my dogs anal glands released which literally takes 10 minutes. The rep came back and said There is one tech and she is backed up I asked how long it was going to take she said maybe 20 minutes or longer. From my point of you they need to hire more techs or plan accordingly ever since they switch Over to the dumb friends league I feel like this place Has definitely gone downhill I have a total of four dogs and they’ve all been seen at Pet Aid they will no longer be seen at this establishment I will not recommend this company to any of my friends

Wonderful staff. They always care so much for our pup. He had to have his eye removed at the end but now he feels great.

Front desk is usually not pleasant to talk. They don’t try to hide their annoyance with you. Took my dog for teeth removal and I got him back and he had poop everywhere on his back legs and stomach. No one bother to wipe him or even tell us. After getting home he had to continue to lay in his feces as it was way to hard to remove with a baby wipe. After 7 hours he finally got a bath due to him still feeling woozy from the anesthesia
