Dr. Heotis is by far the best veterinarian I have ever had for my cats. She didn't try to push any services on me but was very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. I will be going back to her for everything.
Worst service ever. I was not informed that it would be a drop off visit and I sat in my car 2hrs before I called and was told it would be another hour. When I called to make the appointment the lady told me I would need to wait because if it was an upper respiratory infection that they didn't want to infect the other animals. When I called after 2hrs of waiting I was informed the doctor was making a treatment plan but when the doctor finally called me she said there was nothing wrong with my cat that she could find. I don't understand why the lady said the doc was making a treatment plan when clearly she wasn't or why it took 3HRS when nothing was wrong with my cat.
Good people take good care of my dog dont like that i cant go in with my dog
Although they were good about my cat in, getting him back and getting the bill was a nightmare. I had to call to remind them to bring my cat out, and the woman who answered like I should've already gotten him. So prompt care for the pet but prepare for waiting a while to get your pet back.
The veterinarians here are all so kind and eager to help. Love this location.
