Updating from 3 to 4 stars. I understand things happen, I still think operations can run better, but our dog healed from surgery marvelously and her stitches look great. That’s what matters at the end of the day. Thank you.nn(Original post) While I appreciate the service on a budget, the operations of this place could use some work. We arrived on time for drop off, but waited an hour and a half before they took her in. I get a dog inside was acting up, but managing complications is part of running a business. Pickup was the same story. The staff was apologetic, but very ambiguous about the delays.nnI recommend taking less pets or having people sign up for drop off times. I also recommend not being so vague in your texts. Instead of saying “techs are finishing up, they’ll be right out” say “we’re running behind it will be at least another 45 minutes.” I’m sure y’all know how much we love our pets and how scary surgery is. It sucks waiting 1.5 hours with little to no information.
They offer great services at very affordable rates! They seem to have a very efficient operation and took excellent care of my little kitten. The only complaint i have is their parking lot being too awkward and small for the kind of busy they are. Helpful workers who do good job explaining good after care procedures and such. Highly recommend!
So far so good with my little Honey getting spayed today. Tell you more when I get her back. Got my Little Honey back she was super out of it but that was to be expected. I love this place and have been taking my dogs here through the years. I typically use their spat and neutering services as they are so helpful and friendly as well as cost effective. Taking my pet to a veterinarian clinic has led to very expensive bills that can become deterrents to owning a dog or getting a rescued dog. They do shots and other things too. I definitely appreciate Spay today!
Map directions were spot on.nnStaff were both friendly and very organized. Especially since I had the paperwork done prior to arrival. Parking spots are clearly marked to accommodate social distancing.nnAppointments are required for any and all services provided. I was able to book my 4 dogs a vaccination appointment about a week and a half out.
