Yes they practice great medicine. Yes their prices are the best. But here’s why you should go to ACCESS. When the tech brought my cat to us (after saving his life btw) she said “sorry it took me so long, we were all loving on him and telling him bye”. She was covered in his fur. My boy was definitely taken care of and fixed up while he was there, but he was LOVED too. So appreciative to this hospital for being there when we needed them.
I have 4 pets and they have all had a visit to this clinic for one reason or another. The care I have received has always been above and beyond, and I appreciate the kind and caring vets and vet techs. The facility is very nice and is kept very clean. The treatment plan has always been communicated to me before they do any work. I have read here, in regards to being asked to pay for services that you are not receiving. They have always communicated what needs to be done and performed only that which was approved and necessary. I love that this clinic loves pets and takes great care of them each and every time I have needed anything!
We have been going to ACCESS for the past 7 years for our 2 elder Chihuahua dogs for critical care. Myself never having been a pet owner, I had to learn about all the care and medications that are needed for our two dogs and they were always patient and understanding to explain everything to me.nnACCESS staff HAS ALWAYS been very professional and most of all caring in every way. Most recently we had to put down one of our dogs and they were so kind to even send us a card signed by all staff who use to care for our Little Olivia (Liv's). Caring & loving staff.nnIn all the times (various days & times of the day and night) I have never had a bad experience at ACCESS, if anything I have and will ALWAYS recommend them to friends and family that own fur babies.
The doctors and staff at this animal hospital took great care with our dog! We came in with an undiagnosed lump on my dog's chest and they went to great lengths to review her health history, go over our options and give her the best care. She is now happy and healthy thanks to the expertise of Dr. Gomez. Our dog's life was saved by the amazing staff and doctors at this hospital. I would trust all of my pets with their staff. If you need a place that cares, has the best interest of your pet and is fair in cost don't hesitate to visit Animal Critical Care and Emergency Services!
I can not say enough good things about ACCESS! My 10 year old pit bull, Jasper, was not feeling well so my wife took him into this emergency hospital. They communicated with that wait times were long but Jasper would be checked in and monitored while we waited. Thank goodness for this place. They saved my dogs life. I can not recommend them enough. Between the doctor and vet nurses I was kept up to date on his progress. Thank you again for giving me more time with my boy.
