Everyone I have sent them to absolutely love them. I received for Xmas Fresh Garland for the fire mantle (it still smells fabulous) and so beautiful. Also received a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a gift box of treasures.

I am a Deaf could have been client but when I called using the relay the person who answered hung up on me the first time and then used profanity saying to get out of here and not to call again. They wouldn't even finish listening to the relay explain I am just Deaf and using them to communicate on the phone. I was ready to spend some big money on my upcoming wedding, their loss.
I called and worked with Bill to create a floral art piece for a coworker. I am writing this review based on the outstanding customer service. There is nothing like going back to your roots and talking on the phone, connecting with a person versus ordering on line. Great experience and I look forward to seeing the end result, his masterpiece! Thank you Bill!
