My wife used this place for quite a few years due to their low prices. I have only been there once to pick up some paperwork and I was honestly surprised the place looked so run down. My wife knows the owners and they are very nice people. According to her they don't put much money into the establishment in order to keep costs low and pass that onto the customer. That being said, I still wouldn't want to drop my pet off there. The place is located in a small strip center that is also run down. Maybe it's just me, but I prefer to take my pet to clean, new facility. I'm willing to pay higher vet costs if I can walk into a welcoming and clean facility. I understand the mentality of passing on cost saving to the customer, but you are still trying to run a business that attracts new customers. From the sounds of it however, they have more business than they can handle, which for me is another reason to go somewhere else.
They're very caring and awesome with your pet totally trusting go all the way from Colorado Springs down there to deal with them are the best people
I have been going there since I moved here. They are so good with my pets. I would not go anywhere else
Always had good, reasonable care here. Sometimes a long wait, and hard to get in (very quickly)..but caring, helpful, professional care, and lower costs than most places!
Lisa is the Best! She Loves her patients, and she's good with their people. Her staff is understanding and patient when dealing with stressed pet guardians.
