UPDATE 2020: I still have to use this store for the brand of food my dogs use. The good news is that the manager and cashiers have been extremely helpful and friendly since my last post. The “trainer” seems to be gone, so I don’t have to hear obnoxious shouting while I’m shopping. Haven’t had a major stocking issue again either, but I also haven’t dealt with corporate again. I’m upgrading my review since this has become a good store and they’ve obviously worked to make positive changes.nnPRIOR REVIEW:nPurchased a harness for one dog and wanted the same for the other two dogs. Between 3 stores they showed it in stock online when it wasn’t. Plenty in other sizes, but not the size I needed (x 2). Called corporate and the customer service guy, who sounded like he absolutely hates his job, insisted that this store had it in stock. I said that I had been there just yesterday and it was NOT in stock. He said they must have gotten a new shipment because he could tell they had ONE in stock. He had me pay by phone so they could hold it for me. Gave me a confirmation number and my card was billed. About an hour later I get an email that the order was canceled because they didn’t have the harness in stock!?!?!? Really???? I’m pretty sure I told your grumpy corporate guy the same thing!!!nI used to avoid this store at all costs because of their “trainer” (I use the term very loosely based on his obvious lack of skill). He would yell so loudly to his trainees that it was very disruptive to other customers. It appeared as though he needed a lot of attention (he would look around to make sure the other store customers were looking at him), and shouting definitely got the whole store’s attention...just not in a good way. He should consider acting on stage so he can get the attention he so desperately craves.

This review is for their training Program. Shanon is our specific trainer.nShanon is absolutely amazing. She is very, friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Her guidance helped my puppy now become more loyal and obedient! It’s just like she says, the more you put into it, the more you get back. The price is of no concern for me in Shanons class, you’re guaranteed to receive the training and results you’re looking for. We will be returning for more training classes with Shanon indefinitely. I highly, highly recommend Shanon for anyone with a puppy or needing obedience training in general. You and your pet will be in THE best paws for training!!! There is nothing I would change, and nothing I would recommend for her class. ud83dudc3e

After searching all over town, I saw that this location had exactly what I needed online. I called and I believe I had the pleasure to speak with Mandy. She went above and beyond and broke down some of the pallet in their back stock to get what I was looking for. When I arrived to purchase the items they were at the front of the store ready for pick up. Great experience! I hope I got the name correct because I unfortunately did not ask for it over the phone. Thank you so much for your help.

Favorite place to go

The grooming department is absolutely the worst. I take my toy poodle in for a bath and brush and Miranda says “he has a mat behind his ear;” now I brush my dog out every couple of days so I know it comes right out but she decided I need to be charge an extra $8 for something that will take maybe a couple of minutes. Then I tell her to make sure his sanitary area is nice and cleaned up and she replied “ if he isn’t squirming” WTH it’s part of the service??? My dogs will never go back!!!!
