My experience with Banfield was limited to euthanizing my geriatric dog. The staff was empathetic, kind, and thoughtful through the entire process. They offered me time to spend with my pet, explained the process and offered condolences to ease my sadness. I appreciate their empathy and professionalism. They were there for me a few years back, as well. They helped me through euthanizing my 15 yr old dog, then my 17 yr old dog and this time around my 20 yr old dog. Wonderful staff from front office to the veterinarian. Thank you all.
I was traveling with a very old and dear pet. She made the best of the trip but when I got to Colorado Springs from Tucson, her legs gave out. I couldn't watch her suffer any longer. They took me in with compassion and comfort. We discussed several options. The doctor was amazingly compassionate. Thank you all.
We have our dog on the wellness plan and it has been a big money saver for us. With the discounts for medications, not to mention the no cost office visits, it has helped big time with some last minute appointments for health complications. We started our dog here as a puppy and don’t think he will come off any time in the future.
I have my dog enrolled in their puppy training class and she is doing alright.The people are very friendly and understanding of my dogs needs.
I like the place however I didn't like how they took my puppies color and outfit off and took her it was a drop off only appointment and my dog was freaking out the whole time. It made me cry literally!
