Received a surprise bouquet and teddy bear. The bear was wrapped in plastic to keep water/dirt out, and the bear itself was clean and dry. The flowers are in beautiful condition and smell great. A nice surprise on a Friday morning!
I am so pleased and grateful of this place. I don’t live in the Springs, but my girlfriend who is going through a lot of stress right now, does. I’ve tried for almost two weeks with many different flower shops, to get her some flowers delivered. Not only did Noni’s come through, the flowers turned out way better than I expected. Because yes, I had pretty low expectations for almost any flower place right now honestly. It was so hard finding a place during this pandemic. She was having a bad day and the flowers made her day so much better, and I’m so happy with the service of this place. Thank you so much!
I just received flowers for my Birthday and the quality is terrible! They were ordered online so my advice, you go to see the flowers first hand!
The worst customer service!!!!!!!! This was the most displeasure I have dealing with. Noni is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I ordered a Bouquet of over $100 and she wouldn't even deliver them less than 15 miles away. She said that they were too far. I'm not understanding how you can't deliver to the same city that you're in. She argued with me for about 10 minutes about how to deliver flowers to the same city. I had to freeze my card to make sure she didn't charge it and I finally just hung up on her. I could give negative stars, I would. Just horrible!!!!
Good arrangements;nBut I wish you could understand that you CAN deliver on Fort Carson. Just go to the visitor center and get a pass with your drivers license and insurance and registration. Only way they won’t let you on is with a misdemeanor or felony.nnThey kept telling me they couldn’t deliver to base due to not having access but English isn’t her first language either so I wasn’t quite getting through.
