This location is the *only* Trader Joe's in Colorado Springs. It's quite busy most of the time, as you might imagine. Nonetheless, it's an awesome store with great, personable employees. It's a bit of a hike for us, over 10 miles away, but we'll worth the trip. BTW, they are actively working now on their liquor store expansion! $3 Chuck is on the way!

The staff did an amazing job of helping customers to remain socially distant. The carts were sanitized after each customer. There was a line to get it but it went very quickly. I was super impressed with TJ's handling of the current level red protocols. Great job!!

I have shopped at Trader Joe's for the last 25 years. I used to shop there in southern California. Now I shop the Colorado Springs location. I have always loved the staff at any Trader Joe's, however the folks in Colorado Springs are something special. I am ever amazed at how they remember customers and their names. I'm greeted all the time by the staff, by name, and it really makes me feel like I matter to them. Anytime I have had a problem, it's been addressed immediately and always to my satisfaction. You can tell the employees at the store genuinely care about the customers. When they ask me how my day is going, I sincerely feel like they want to know. Not only is there customer service top rate, but their products are amazing. I missed them so much when I moved to Colorado from California so I am extremely happy they arrived!

I love this store. I love all the seasonal items. I love their frozen food selection. I have gone vegan recently and this store offers so many options. I just hate that popular items are gone so quickly and can be hard to find. They need to build another location :-)
