We set up our first visit today and were able to get in to see a vet in the afternoon. Surprisingly I was able to be in the office with Wally. He was being seen for follow up care after a 36 hour Emergency Room stay. I am so happy with the level of care he received and the follow up the next day... I will definitely use this practice in the future with confidence that they will treat my dogs with care and compassion.

The curbside care model they've implemented during the pandemic is fantastic. I feel very safe.nThe care they take of my pets is second to none. I've moved three times in the front range, and I still come back to Aspen Arbor.

I was told a temperature of 99° (which falls within normal) was to high of a temperature to enter their building for my dogs appt. The sun was also beating on my the side of my head they were taking the temperature from, I was also sitting in my car with it off with the widows up and wear a hat on a 75° day for 15 minutes. I've never been treated more poorly in my life, makes me wonder how they treat their our furry babies!nnResponse to owner, Believe I can understand about safety measures, I manage an office that we scan several hunderal people a day. If I truly had a temperature by all means it's understandable to follow all State and CDC guilde lines. What is unacceptable is to not use logic and reasoning verses having an employee going into melt down mode treating me like leper, calling me a liar and yelling at me to get out of the building.nSo as an owner of a business do you think it is reasonable to call your client a lair and to get out of the building. I truly have never been so miss treated or anyone be so rude to me in my life, which has nothing to do with safety. Cool heads should always previel, especially in your line of work. The way in which the situation was handled is the problem and better traing might be in order. I would hope this is not the type of behavior you support within your office. Please feel free to call me if you would like to discuss this matter further.

I brought my pets here twice in the last 18 months. The first time she had stomach issues after paying for x-rays and an ultrasound they couldn’t find anything wrong with her other than her heart murmur which I already knew she had..I paid over $600 for no answers. I was told she needed a specialist for her heart murmur and wasn’t giving medication for her heart. The last time I brought her in with because she had stopped breathing due to her heart murmur. I paid $500 for this visit. I had made a follow up appointment with Guardian Angel veterinary. Which I paid a third of the price for three different medications and a visit. I was in disbelief and how inexpensive the service was and how much I have been paying to see a veterinarian at Aspen Harbor animal clinic. I will never return nor would I ever refer anybody to go to Aspen Harbor their prices are ridiculous.
