The staff and Vets have always listened and been great with both me and my cat.nThey helped me all the way through the very end when I had to help Button out of his pain. This happened within the last month and it's now the last week of November. Dr. Esh was calm and kind and Incredibly compassionate and understanding.nThey sent me a beautiful card for Button and I really appreciated that. Thank you folks so very much.
The staff here are amazing! So kind, friendly and provide great service. We have been taking our dog here for over a year and we now take our new puppy. Our older dog is not a fan of strangers and the staff here handle him so well! Pricing seems fair and love that they have an online store to purchase flea/ tick and heart worm prevention - and they email coupons for this stuff often! They also have very convenient hours. Overall highly recommend, we have had only great experiences!
If you're considering a vet for your fur baby, this is the place to go. I appreciate the great communication and care from the vet and the technicians. The day after a check up appointment, I was called by a technician just to check in on Oliver and to see if I had any questions moving forward. Lafayette Companion CARES and will take great care of your fur baby.
My cat has been here for boarding and for routine care. Everyone was very nice, his check-up was thorough, and it was very reasonable. They are doing curbside drop off for appointments so it is very safe. We will continue to come for veterinary services and board our cat here again. He was given a lot of attention and seemed happy when I picked him up after his stay.
I am satisfied with the care offered that helps me keep Theo healthy and happy. I don't know how it can be better with all that is going on. I feel safe and that's what will save all of us in the end. As far as how good a value... I think the industry as a whole has too many middlemen, making prices higher than I think they should be. Same with my health care.It is what it is.
