We recently received a bouquet of flowers that was below the normally high standard. I sent an email to customer service, which was quickly answered with a promise to correct the situation. Today we received the most beautiful bouquet of flowers. We'll definitely continue to use Lafayette Florist as our go to for amazing arrangements. They are simply wonderful!
It was awesome! Super easy to order online and it was delivered the next day! I worries that it wouldn’t be delivered on time because I ordered it so late the night before, but it was delivered even earlier than I thought. It was a gift for my mother-in-law and they were beautiful! And now even prettier since the lilies are blooming! I will definitely order from here again!
I've used this florist several times to deliver flowers to family in the area, and they always do a beautiful job. When there is a change in availability of what is described online, they call to ensure I know about it, and that I am okay with substitutions (which always match or exceed expectations). Very personable customer service.
