It may not be the most appealing to the eye,but there's a wide variety of pet products, and some enticing deals; just be sure that you are going to the right store though if you're looking for a specific product. My puppy had a really good time in here for his first time in a big store like this. The house employees were all super nice. I wasn't very impressed with the attitudes of the workers that were in the vet area and the training area. Based on that's non-spoken interaction alone I would not want to take my dog here for either one. (My dog really wanted that bed)
We're doing puppy training here and Jill is the best trainer. We also bring ournpup here to have his nails trimmed. Everyone is really great!
The staff here went out of their way to help me fit an already assembled, tall cat tree into my car. It didn't fit at all after trying for 15 minutes so they held it while I got my brother to pick it up 30 minutes later with his truck. They were so helpful and went out of their way to help me.
Jill is amazing! We have been working with her since October 2019 for training with our small pup. Couldn't ask for a better person to help! Always a great time working with her, she's the best!
Always have what I need. It's also located in a great spot! Nice and easy to run into and get what you need without issue.
