I love Annie's Animal Clinic (now Annie's by Banfield). People have hesitation with the Banfield name, but this place was bought out by Banfield recently and has a lot of the same doctors as before.nnI will not go anywhere else. Dr. Schneider is simply the best. She fought so hard with me to keep my senior dog going strong through his battle against kidney failure. At the end of his life, she was so compassionate and was visibly mourning with me. I've taken all of my other dogs there since then. Everyone else I've dealt with has been great as well.
My dog has been going here for years. He has allergies and all this place is trying to do is keep him on antibiotics for months and months on end they almost refuse to treat dogs any other way. I am very disappointed. The last visit my dog had they gave him tests that I specifically told them not to do because they have done 3 times this year and it has the same result. They are only after money and not to treat your dogs. I will no longer be taking him there anymore, And I will be finding a new insurance for him as well.
Usually pretty satisfied with Vets all very good and caring, but always feeling value is over priced for quality of care and not the place it used to be when Annies....feels to corporate and cold. Will probably find a new vet
I have had the worst experience ever. No need to go into it. I will say the vets are nice but the management does not have integrity or a heart for the animals they care for, and push the Vets to get you to do treatments that are not needed. They also charge you for things they don’t actually do. Just be very very careful. Just because people appear nice does not mean they care for your pet. The practice manager, who granted is young and wants to make money, just doesn’t have integrity.
I dropped my dog (small shih tzu) off for an app. at 9am to get an updated rabies vaccination and to see if they could help with minor grooming on his chest and belly due to grooming places being closed and his paws needed to be trimmed. They called me at 1115 to let me know they will be able to groom and get vaccination done but hadn’t started. Finally done at 215. I pick him up and asked for a receipt because the bill was almost $200.. the office visit was free, since this was our first time visit (woohoo), rabies vaccination wasn’t a listed price, paws clipped: $20, and the “medical level 2 grooming” was $68! there was nothing done but a choppy shave down to his skin! with $30 clippers. VERY disappointed with this visit and will never return.
