They got our sweet doodle right in to check for a UTI and starting antibiotics right away. They are staying healthy to keep our pets healthy. All the vets and office staff are super good and take time to help our sweet pet family members. They are proactive in planning for future concerns. We went to a different vet previously and are so happy to have found Coal Mine Animal Hospital.
I miss being able to sit in the waiting area and chatting with staff while my cat is being tended to, but I also know that COVID has created issues that have led to new business practices. Given these new restrictions, the staff is doing an admirable job of adjusting and helping the pet owners adjust as well. I am pleased with the professionalism and the flexibility I have seen. All my questions have been answered in a way I can understand and I highly recommend Coal Mine Animal Hospital for pet care.
Coal Mine is by far the best vet office we've ever had! Dr. Runkle saw our new puppy yesterday and she was so nice and informative! She took the time to answer all of my (many) questions and you can tell she really cares about your animal. I'm always nervous for vet visits as I'm a very sensitive and overprotective dog mom. Dr. Runkle and all of the staff made our baby feel so comfortable. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would.
The staff and Dr. Are without any question are the most loving people to ever pet I have seen them with.nWe had an emergency with our little fur baby and they took such great care of her. We are without a doubt so grateful to each team member and the communication with us throughout her time of need from her first visit to her surgery today all with loving care.nFor anyone looking for a true clinic that puts your pet first every time you need them. We have used Coal Mine Animal Hospital since it opened and they have care for our dogs; past and present; with compassion and extremely knowledgeable care. We have and will continue to go there for our pups care and highly recommend them whenever possible!
