This vet was so wonderful to us! Unfortunate circumstances brought our young dog to the hospital, who sadly did not make it (due to other issues). The doctors were all incredibly supportive, comforting and helpful throughout this difficult time. They answered every question that we had, and helped us understand the situation so much better. I wish we had left the vet on a happier note, but the work that this team put into care for our girl, and us, was above and beyond. I highly recommend this hospital.
Although our emergency wasn’t as severe as others, the staff was validating towards myself and my dog. When I woke up this morning, my dog’s mouth was swollen. I needed to know that my dog could breath and wasn’t in immediate danger. He was given two shots for the swelling, which began working within the hour. When I came home later today, most of his swelling was gone. I’ve since given him his prescribed medications, and am grateful he is getting back to normal.
Very good care and helpful. Much relief to have such good care for our sweet dog
Of course the puppy got very sick on a Saturday evening. They were wonderful and caring and saved my little dudes life!
Spoke with Ashley tonight at 11:00 PM, very panicked about my pup... She was professional, productive, transparent and informative!
