My cat ate a chicken bone when I wasn’t home & I freaked out thinking it was deadly. Thankfully this clinic was able to calm me down & give me amazing advice over the phone- no cost. I just moved from Texas I most definitely would have been told to bring him in & get me in that clinic to charge me for the advice that was given for free here. Appreciate it.
We had to put our dog down in 2019. It was a very hard decision for us to make. We brought him in at about 7 or 8pm. They were so good to our, Renegade. The team at VRCC never made feel rushed. When it was finally time, the doctor came in and explained what was going to happen. We had time to mourn and spend time with him. VRCC is a great place with great staff.
Dr. Song and and the staff in Nuerology are amazing. Great communication during such a difficult time.
This is the best emergency vet I have ever been to. I have been here on multiple occasions and they very good at what they do. On top of that, all of the staff has always been extremely compassionate and take the extra time to give your animal kisses. They truly love your animals.
Best surgical center in the Midwest! Amazing staff and board certified surgeons! Very professional and courteous staff. Dr. Swift and Dr. Talaat were excellent with my Furry Son. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Worth every penny!
