I've been taking my dogs here over 20 years and have never had a bad experience. They are very knowledgeable and reasonable with their recommendations. They definitely understand how important pets can be to some people.
I've taken our dogs to Nelson for over 20 years. We actively breed and show our dogs, so there have been more than a few we have taken there over the years. The team is professional, engaging, helpful and their love and care of the animals is evident from the front desk to the entire staff. Would recommend them for anyone
They are so passionate about serving us and our new puppy! She has been there twice for new puppy checkup and shots and I love how the staff gushes over her. It is interesting to have a new vet in the time of COVID, but the phone calls after her exam and ensuring that all of our questions are answered make us feel a part of her healthcare process even when we can't go inside the clinic.
My pup has been having some issues the past 6 months I was going to another vet and it wasn't working my fiancee suggested Nelson because he had had a positive experience well I'm so happy I did. This hospital is fantastic ! They got my pup in on a day they were booked due to the urgency of getting my pup in they were accommodating , compassionate and so helpful for my dog. I am so thankful to this staff and hospital. Me and my pups won't go anywhere else. Thank you
