Madison Kuebler and the team at Olinger are exceptionally equipped to help you. They have phenomenal communication and a respectful attitude. They know when to lighten the mood with a joke! They have such a beautiful chapel facing the mountains and a grand piano. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Olinger Funeral and Mortuary did a great job, very professional, and did everything we ask them to do. Madison Kuebler was our funeral director and did a wonderful job. The tribute movie was outstanding. Madison was very cooperative and helpful, and we really appreciate her attention to detail, assisting us in every way.

Absolutely loved the decor inside. The grey furniture. The rugs. Stunning to look at. The tables were beautiful. I found the whole decor soothing. The tables were nicely done up with beautiful blue flowers.

Recently Liz McMahon, Funeral Home Manager at Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary, coordinated the funeral and burial of my husband, Timothy. I am writing to let you know what an amazing job she did.nnLiz was there for me and my family every step of the way. She worked with my brother-in-law on the slide show, helped me with Tim’s bio and with the verses I selected for the program and card, and coordinated things with the cantor and pianist at Tim’s funeral mass. She also arranged everything with Fort Logan, including ensuring that a grave site next to Tim’s has been held for me since I am also a veteran. At the visitation, our family and friends were captivated by the personalized display of Tim’s life she put together and enjoyed the beer koozies she had made celebrating Tim’s love of beer.nnThe funeral could not have gone more smoothly. She worked closely with the priest, handled our grieving family, got us to Fort Logan on time, and even ensured we had some shell casings from the fired salute.nnClearly she is efficient and effective in her role. However, it is the intangible elements she brings to her work that impacted me the most. She is warm and caring yet professional. She instinctively knew when to let my family work through an issue and when to suggest an option. She was open to phone calls and questions at all times. I tend to be an organizer by nature (perhaps because I am a first born) but I never felt the need to second-guess her or interfere and felt totally calm at all the events because I trusted her to see to everything – and she did. My entire family still sings her praises.nnHelping a family deal with such a sad time cannot be easy. Yours is a challenging profession, especially during Covid. I am deeply grateful to Liz and all the Olinger team for helping us send Tim to his rest in a way that was comforting to us all.nnWarmest regards,nnPatricia L.nnPS: Tim and I prearranged our funerals and I am so glad we did. Th staff at Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary and Cemetery Funeral home were so comforting during a very difficult time in our family lives. My mother and I met with Kathy 5 years ago to plan arrangements that I had hoped would not be used for many, many years to come. Kathy was extremely professional but yet comforting, patient and understanding as though she was planning for her own family member. Unfortunately my beautiful mother passed away most recently. I had the pleasure of meeting with Kerri. She was as patient, understanding and comforting as Kathy was. My family and I met in her office to finalize the arrangements She too made us feel like family at such a difficult time. She answered all our questions with such patience and warmth. Kathy even came in to express her condolences and also spent time with us. The day of the funeral both Kathy and Kerri were present. Everything I had asked for and requested was done but done with such love, comfort and warmth. When we moved outside for our service Kerri was present for the entire time. Kathy joined us as well. Kathy also sat with us after everyone had left so we could play my mother’s favorite music by Frank Sinatra. Ian arrived who is the grounds supervisor. He was so gentle and soft spoken. Again, patient with us while we sang New York, New York to my mommy. I can not begin to express my sincerest appreciation to each and every person at Olinger who took part in making the most difficult time in my life a little easier to face. Fondly, TG and Family
