VCA Park Hill has been absolutely amazing since we began going there 2 years ago. They are so kind and nurturing to our pup Lola, and even when we couldn't go in with her for a procedure they stayed with her and gave us updates all along the way! Dr. Garner is absolutely incredible. She explains things so well and gives a comprehensive explanation of the options and plans for Lola every time. Every single veterinarian we have encountered at VCA Park Hill has been kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend!
My interactions with VCA have been awesome so far. The techs and the vet are super friendly and didn’t make my interaction feel rushed even though they were running behind. I’m excited to live only a mile away and be able to walk my mutt to his check ins. They take Care Credit and they have threat own app that can be used for reminders, requesting appointments, etc. All in all super convenient.
I called this morning concerned about my sheepdog in hopes they could give us an appointment as we are just visiting and leaving shortly. Although they didn't have any normal appointments available, they gave me a drop off time within the hour and said they can give Gypsy a look between their normal schedule. We are so thankful! I had Gypsy back in under two hours and we were able to avoid a more serious procedure all because they were willing to take care of her last minute. It isn't easy getting an appointment at your normal vet these days and VCA did an amazing job with scheduling, customer service and most importantly care for our G! THANK YOU!
Brought my dog in for complications with her heat cycle, turns out she needed immediate emergency surgery and i did not have all the funds needed... These guys went waaay out of their way to make sure my dog had the care she needed... Really reminded me that there are some good people out there doing great things to help people... Thank you does not even come close to expressing my fondness of the people at the this facility...nnI will be making sure i donate so somebody else can receive the loving and care my dog received
This is a great vet. I have 4 dogs and they all go there. Just today one of my dogs eat all of the others medication. Mild emergency and VCA Park Hill handled it timely and professionally. All service has been great the last few years. Highly recommended.
