If you want honest opinions where they balance your pet's well-being with your budget, this is an excellent place to go. They were prompt to provide info about pricing, they provided suggestions that were transparent and cost-effective, they were thorough with their bloodwork, etc. and overall honest. I had been to a few different vets before my sister suggested this place and I will definitely be coming back. Not only did they make a connection with my cat, they also made one with me. It feels great to know that I can trust they're not trying to overcharge me for unnecessary services but will still make sure this guy has a personalized treatment plan that balances cost, long-term health benefits, and more holistic options.

Pricing is comparable for new patients, shots, food and unplanned visits. I took my dog there as he had caught his nail and almost ripped it completely off and most local vets were 2 week waits or 2+hours for an unscheduled visit. They were more than willing to work me in between appointments. They even offered recommendations on how to keep his teeth cleaned as he refuses to let me brush them and is 12 so I don't want to put him under a lot more. Those recommendations worked WONDERS!! I later brought my 14 year old cat in as I was worried her meds weren't helping. We found some kidney and pancreas issues and the vet, and techs, were again amazing. They even showed me how I can do some of the IV fluids at home! I canNOT recommend this clinic enough. Super compassionate, educated and friendly. All things I would want in a vet over super cheap prices. Oh and they called me the day after my appointments to check in on my furry family members!

Every staff member I spoke with (maybe 4-5 people) was very sunny, and clearly love the pets in their care. Great attention to detail immediately following the appointment, and really cool they followed up to check in on one of our pups who was having a hard time. I don't even want to price compare their services with other vets, they were that great.

FINALLY, I FOUND THE PERFECT VET! I can't tell you how hard it is to find someone who i believe genuinely cares about the wellbeing of my animals as well as being personable, responsible and all around willing to help no matter what! I have been coming here for over a year, and I don't want to go anywhere else! They provide exceptional care for both my dog and cat, and I can tell they pay attention to detail and are there for the best interest of the animal. They offer a wide range of services, and anything that needs a specialist they are happy to provide a referral and resources. Even though with covid and the services currently being curbside, I know my animals are in the best hands even when I can't be in the room. They take time to get to know you on a personal level, are responsive and just the most pleasant staff I have ever encountered. I am so grateful for this clinic and all who work there!

Dr. Miller and her staff have become a second family for our pups. They have gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to help us and ensure the best care for our pets and our wallets. Our poor pup was hit by a car and I was bringing her in daily for dressing changes. Dr. Miller included me in the process and explained everything fully, AND she worked with me to make sure we could afford the care for our dog. When our pup passed on a year later, the staff met us at the door and cried with us. You can’t ask for a more caring, heart driven team than this practice. I have had many pets and many vets over the years. We’ve been going to Dr. Miller since 2014 and I will NEVER go anywhere else! This clinic doesn’t waste my time or money, they always take the extra time and give the extra care. She even does acupuncture-I was a huge skeptic. But after seeing the pain relief and help it provided for my dog who had a pinched cervical nerve, I went and got some myself. The staff is competent and creative. I don’t understand the negative reviews. Seriously, you can go to the Petsmart vet and you’ll probably get someone that is bound by policy and money making procedures. Or you could go here, and find a staff that truly cares and would do anything for your pet. They truly treat your pet as they would their own-with the absolute best care. I can’t say enough about how wonderful they are and I recommend them to everyone I know that has a pet!
