I have been bringing my dog here since May 2019 (right after we adopted her) and the staff is PHENOMENAL, caring, attentive, and amazing with animals. We actually live on the opposite side of town but we love the staff so much that we continue to bring Sadie here for her check ups. Dr. Hart is brilliant and compassionate, and Alex is always professional, well informed and very easy to work with. Wellhaven did our puppy’s spay, has handled some allergies, UTIs, “happy tail”... and routine check ups, they’re always able to help. Thank you for helping us give our Sadie Girl the best care possible!
Fortunately we have only needed to take our sweet pup to the vet for shots and well visits, but the staff has been wonderful every time. It has been super easy to schedule appointments, they send email and text reminders when we're due, and we've always been taken at our scheduled time. They treat our dog like their own and the experience has been great.
I took my rescue dog to get neutered at Colorado Blvd location. All the pets were outside (and I understand Covid) but it look like a slaughterhouse. When it was time to pick him up I received no aftercare information whatsoever, written nor verbal. He got chipped and there was no information about that. Obviously it’s all about the money. I called and told them I was not given any information and their remark was, when you rescue is the rescue company that should’ve emailed that information. Wow! The rescue company had no idea when I would take my pet to get neutered. I chose Well Haven because of the reviews and I am disappointed. I guess to them rescues are second hand pets. Given a choice, choose the other option!
Absolutely love the doctors and technicians at Wellhaven, not only are they professional and courteous, but there’s genuine caring and friendship. They have responded to concerns quickly, I feel like I am listened to and our rescues get excellent care. I happily refer our adopters here as well.nDuring these strange times of curbside service, I feel that the staff has stayed ahead of the uncertainty by being communicative, helpful and friendly. Most clinics were difficult to get in to have my pets seen, but Wellhaven has been a constant source of reliability which makes me confident my pets are in excellent hands especially during these trying times
We take our dog here for yearly check-ups. Even with COVID, they are super easy to work with. They have Saturday appointments which are great for our working schedule and they recommended a great Animal ER when we needed to get an emergency appointment.
