Dr. Hovanetz is fantastic. She was able to assess and diagnose my kitty’s condition, manage and treat with the proper standard of care- and with the patient’s best interest in mind. She is professional, and will call and check up on my kitty when appropriate. I will always bring my fur babies here.
I was able to take my sweet kitty here on very short notice and he received top notch care! I was so grateful that they could accommodate us and save me an extremely costly trip to the ER. Everyone I spoke with was kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely be taking him back and I highly recommend!
We'd been looking for a vet since we adopted our kitten a couple of months ago. After visiting 3 different clinics, I am happy to say we've found a home for our kitten. We brought him in on short notice this weekend because of an on again / off again issue with his eye. The vet tech was very thorough and asked all the right questions. Dr Mayfield was able to diagnose the problem, thoroughly and thoughtfully answer all my questions and provided lots of details on how we move forward. This was all done via cell phone due to COVID. As an experienced pet owner, I highly recommend this vet clinic.
We brought our sick cat in on a Saturday morning and received fantastic care! The staff was helpful, kind and informative. The curbside checkin and handoff was easy and safe. They communicated exactly what we needed to know, answered all our questions and gave us what we needed to help our cat Freddi get better. I can't even begin to explain how grateful I am for Dr. Hovanetz and her team. My little baby was injured and Dr. Hovanetz went above and beyond to provide care for my little Apollo. She was so kind, caring, and compassionate. I will forever be grateful for her. Truly an amazing person and definitely the person you would want to take care of your little fuzzy baby.
