I had a great experience taking my 1.5 yr old, 80 lb golden retriever in for a bath/grooming! He has never let me do his nails and Ana was able to trim them, I’m sure he gave her a time with it but I am so thankful for her. In addition, I could tell he was given a wonderful bath. He came back so soft and smelled great. I will definitely be returning, and I would highly recommend Ana!

Today Petsmart had nothing I needed
Janet the manager.nnThis is the first time I ever felt uncomfortable with dealing with a manager at that. Janet was very quick to say NO (not unfortunately we can’t, wording and Tone of voice is everything) to me needing to return an item that I called about for months but they were not taking returns. I finally gave up hoping that out of all the emails for solicitation I get that there might be an email stating they are taking returns. I called up here a couple weeks ago and I asked if they were Taking returns, I was told yes! With no Explanation that they started back in May and only extended it until June. She did not even try to help me, I literally spend thousands of dollars here per year and here goes Janet making me feel like a certain type of person. Thanks Janet!nnThe only reason I gave three stars is because it is not fair for the rest of the staff to be affected by Janets unfortunate ways of handling certain types of customers.
I have been going to this location for many years, the store is always clean, well stock and organized. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I have adopted many pets from this location, ranging from fish, reptiles, hamsters, and even a kitty, they were all happy, active and healthy and were much loved additions to my home for many years (I had a feeder goldfish that lived for 6 yrs and ended up being over 9 inches long). I will always be a faithful customer to Petsmart, and I will always recommend to my family and friends.
