Ordered an arrangement first thing in the morning for same day delivery on Friday and it wasn’t delivered until the next day. Unfortunately who it was ordered for wasn’t going to be home this weekend so it was a complete waste of money. Called the store and they said they left me a voicemail and I never received any voicemail from them or I would have canceled the order knowing no one would be home this weekend. Will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered an arraignment for a customer of mine whose daughter passed away. In this situation I felt it was not appropriate to ask them about the arraignment. I just saw them and had never order cookies before so I asked them if the cookies were good. They told me they never received the arraignment. I went into my email and looked up the tracking and it was still showing pending. When I called customer service the gentleman was very nice, but proceeded to tell me that the store did not put in a notice that the arraignment was never picked up. Which in turn means I never received my refund or arraignment. This store basically stole $144. Thankfully I will be getting a refund in the end. I guess when you don't get a thank you, you should probably follow up even though it may not be the right time.

ordered something for my wife's Bday. specifically asked them to deliver it between hours of 10am-4pm. they told me that would not be a problem. they ended up not delivering it until after 8pm. by that time we did not want it. I asked them to take it back and send me a refund, they told me that the refund would be automatic. i look back at my accounts 2 months later and the refund was still not in my account. I called and they had no info on this. they placed a refund and told me I should have called them earlier. still waiting for my refund.

Put an order in today for delivery today. I called to try and get an ETA but have been on hold for close to 30 min now. Called another store nearby and the same exact thing....Still waiting, so now I'm calling to cancel. If I ever get to talk to anyone...

Received a fresh fruit arrangement for my birthday. It arrived on time and the delivery person left it in front of the door when he saw me coming (he waved from farther away to respect the 6ft rule Denver has in place). Definitely a great treat since I wasn't able to go outside to celebrate this year!
