I wish I could give them a million stars!!! The whole process with them was nothing but ease they met with me the same day as I called to discuss what I needed for a wedding... In the 30 minutes I was there the florist envisioned exactly what I wanted and more!!!!! My flowers were STUNNING!!! I was beyond impressed with what I was given for my wedding bridal bouquet and 2 large arrangements... the flowers were so fresh which is what I needed since we had a wedding in the mountains I picked them up 2 days early... I gave them a color scheme of purples and greens and they ran miles with it!!! I was also impressed that they were able to do a bridal bouquet with succulents and beautiful blooms mixed in with each other a few florists told me it wasn’t possible. Out of all my decor and little details at my wedding my flowers from Bonnie Bear were my favorite part!!! I got so many compliments and couldn’t stop looking at them! Thank you Bonnie Brae you were the cherry on top to my wedding. I will send you recommendations over and over again! I will be back!
I just want to say how very impressed I am with the service you provided! My sister received the order I sent and she was very grateful for this experience. Anna was wonderful to work with and took good care of us. Also, she made every effort to stick within our budget and made changes exactly as we requested a couple of days ago. We greatly loved the ambiance in the shop. It was clean, refreshing, and wonderful. Besides, the lovely flowers captivated us much. Flowers are beautiful! Nice surprise gifts I was able to choose to send my daughter in law for her remote baby shower.
Great product and very helpful staff, however, I was a little disappointed in the delivery time. I requested to have the flowers delivered in the morning and they didn't deliver until later in the day. It's a small complaint but unfortunately it affected the way we planned the day for someone's birthday before they left the office. Delivery charges shouldn't be added if the product is not delivered when promised.
