This flower shop is really great. No hassles in placing orders and for the second time I was not disappointed with the delivery. The flowers were received by my girlfriend as scheduled. The service is really superb and the prices are very reasonable. I tried so many services in the past but never got the satisfaction I have with this place. Highly recommended.

I purchased my sister-in-law a flower arrangement from Bloom to congratulate her on getting married. The flowers were to be delivered to their home and I was going to receive email updates per stated at the checkout screen. I did not receive updates during the process and the flowers were never delivered to my sister-in-law. I was told by Bloom that they were delivered and that they “show they were delivered on their end” but no details as to who signed for it or where they were left. I just had to trust they got delivered and we’re in the right hands. I paid $150 for no flowers. When I called to get to the bottom of it, not only was I sent on a goose chase as the paying customer but they offered me a $50 credit to redo the order. I don’t know what went wrong but it was a bad experience and I gave away $150.
