I am very impressed with this flower shop. All of the staff are welcoming and accommodating. Flowers are delivered on time and updates are real-time. I don't have any complaints about the service I received from this flower shop from start to finish. Prices are very affordable and worth the money. Highly recommended!

I feel obligated to publicize my experience at Cherry Creek Custom Floral. After stepping into the gallery I immediately heard the stores manager verbally abusing the staff on duty. The staff created beautiful bouquets that were displayed but I do not recommend giving this store your business until management has completed anger management therapy.
My mom ordered flowers for my husband’s grandma, Joyce, who was very sick. I called my mom to let her know that Joyce wasn’t going to make it much longer. She called this shop to let them know and they delivered the flowers that evening, after hours, at no extra charge to ensure that they arrived in time. I can’t express what it meant to my family and my husband’s family. Thank you!
These florists went out of their way to deliver a beautiful arrangement to cheer a a very ill friend. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and thoughtfulness. I highly recommend them and will order from them again.
