I'm new to the area and called in about my dog. I talked to Dr. Plock and she was super helpful about what they offered and what she thought would be best for my dog. I didn't feel pressured and could tell she was someone who truly cares about animals. I'm looking forward to establishing a relationship with a vet that wants to be there for the long term.
My dog needed a lot dental work. They gave me an estimate based off a consultation. The surgery went great and it was a good value because it included extractions, anesthesia, and meds. They took great care of my dog and I'm very satisfied. They also told me what to expect after he got home and I love when expectations are communicated properly. They also take social distance seriously as well as face masks and have exceeded my expectations.
Always friendly and super clean with covid precautions ! This my second store I been to and I love this one more!
Great experience and a through discussion with vet after my dog's checkup. Staff were very couterous and no one tried to upsell me on additional services.
