They love animals.
Wonderful staff...
I have been going to Banfield for 4 years now. They've been great so far. It does get expensive with 4 dogs though. But the preventive plan is great, they're on top of the comprehensive exams and vaccines that are needed for my dogs.
They are great! There is a front desk woman who wore green scrubs short Brunette hair. She was amazing! Gave my sweet boy plenty of hugs! Love it!
Terrible service! Been on hold with them over the phone for over an hour. No response. Sometimes they even hang up on you while you wait. Also, why sell small animals like guinea pigs or hamsters ect, and not even have available veterinarians to attend them. Such an inconvenience driving to another city! If you guys can't see small pets stop selling them!
